OUR COMMITMENT 

Operation Flinders applauds the release of the Principles for Child Safe Organisations by the Council of Australian Governments.

We pride ourselves on creating a safe environment for all people to participate in our work from young people through to staff, volunteers and board members. Through an unwavering commitment to safeguarding children and young people Operation Flinders is uncompromising with the standards we set for all volunteers and staff.

Operation Flinders will continue to strive to set best practice policies and procedures to ensure our environment is the safest possible place  for children and young people to enable growth and empowerment. We value the trust and faith we are afforded by those responsible for the development of the 700 young people we deal with annually across all our programs, and will not compromise in our desire to be a community of trust and inspiration.
