That's right, you can achieve this Award by simply joining our Peer Group Mentor Program and participating in all the fun activities!
WHAT IS THE DUKE OF ED AWARD?
The Duke of Ed Award is an internationally recognised award. The award can be undertaken at Bronze, Silver & Gold levels. Each level has 4 sections (Gold Level also has a Residential Project):
- Skills
- Voluntary Service
- Physical Recreation
- Adventurous Journey
Great news for you! Because you have completed an Operation Flinders Exercise as a Participant, you are automatically awarded the Adventurous Journey section! So you only have 3 sections left to finish and you can finish these in as little as 6 months!
HOW DO I REGISTER
- Visit www.onlinerecordbook.org or download the ORB Participant app and register as a Participant (make sure you name Operation Flinders as your Award Centre and name Tabby Ryan your Award Leader)
- If you’re under 18, we’ll need consent from your parent or guardian (you can do this online)
- We’ll then be in touch to help you plan your Award goals
