Join Operation Flinders as an Adventure-Based Youth Mentor and use vigorous outdoor activities to empower young people aged 13–19 through our one-on-one adventure mentoring program with the Department for Child Protection.

What you’ll do:
Lead outdoor adventures that build resilience and life skills. Create safe, inclusive spaces where young people can grow, heal, and thrive.

What we’re looking for:
You’re confident in the outdoors, great with young people, and ready to make a real difference. Experience working with youth is a must; ideally you’ll have outdoor qualifications or have qualifications in youth work, social work, or counselling.

Role is Adelaide-based but travel to regional SA may be required
